- Abstract
- The significant opportunities that the plays of Shakespeare and some of his more famous contemporaries offer for the exploration of heightened text are discussed. The key aspects and features of the training built on and provided at the Ballarat Arts Academy to ground students in acting skills and studio practice from a contemporary perspective are highlighted.
