- Abstract
- Mitchell (2005) suggests that although the range of variations of GBA may be different in detail, they should be seen as taking 'different paths up the same mountain'. This collection provides support for Mitchell's contention by demonstrating the commonalities among some of these different GBAs while confirming their efficacy.
