- Abstract
- This review examines the influence of concurrent strength and endurance training on performance and physiological variables, including maximal oxygen uptake, the lactate threshold, economy of motion, changes in fiber type, and muscle stiffness. Practical recommendations for the strength and conditioning practitioner based on this information are also presented. © National Strength and Conditioning Association.; C1
